How do I delete my account and personal data?

You can delete your account directly from the panel. Go to the Account page and scroll to the Security section. Click "Delete account", confirm your password, and your account and personal data will be removed. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by UK tax law. Everything else, including your profile, server data, and activity history, is removed. Deleting your account ends any active hosting subscription. If you have a remaining billing period, check our Refund Policy first.

If you no longer have access to your account but need it deleted, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
