Data Protection Complaints
Last updated: June 2026
If you believe we have handled your personal data in a way that does not comply with UK data protection law, you have the right to raise a formal complaint. We take these concerns seriously and will investigate each one fairly.
We ask that you contact us directly first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly, and we want the chance to put things right before you need to escalate.
How to raise a complaint
Use the form below or email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data protection complaint”.
What we will do
We will send you a written acknowledgement within 30 days of receiving your complaint. We will then investigate the matter and aim to resolve it as promptly as we can.
We will keep you informed if the investigation is taking longer than expected, and we will tell you the outcome once we have reached a conclusion.
If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with our response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within a reasonable time, you have the right to escalate to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The ICO is the UK’s independent data protection regulator.
You can contact the ICO at any time. Raising a complaint with us first is not a requirement.
