Zeros Host Help Center: Guides for Every Game We Host

The Zeros Host Help Center is now live. It is a searchable reference covering everything from creating your first server to diagnosing lag and managing backups. This post explains what is in it and how it is organised.

What is covered

The Help Center is divided into nine categories:

• Getting Started - creating a server, choosing a plan, trial details, and how to contact support
• Game Setup Guides - step-by-step setup instructions for DarkRP, TTT, PropHunt, sandbox, Minecraft with plugins, BungeeCord, Terraria, tModLoader, Project Zomboid, Rust with Oxide, and Discord bots
• GMod Panel - Mod Manager, Workshop, Backdoor Scanner, Admin Ranks, DarkRP Config Validator, Loading Screen Builder, and the anti-cheat integration
• Minecraft Panel - Plugin Manager, JAR switcher, world management, TPS Monitor, EULA acceptance, server.properties, resource packs, MOTD, operators, whitelist, and Geyser for Bedrock players
• Panel Features - Console, File Manager, Backups, Schedules, File History, VS Code Workspace, Server Vitals, Activity Log, SFTP, databases, and subuser access

Each article is a single question with a direct answer. Related articles are linked at the bottom of each page. Every category page lists all articles in that section so you can scan for what you need without searching.

The most common entry points are the game setup guides, which walk through setup from the beginning, and the troubleshooting section, which covers the errors players report most often. If something is not covered, the contact page and Discord server are the fastest ways to reach us.
